It can replace or upgrade an existing pedestal and mounts to walls or other solid flat surfaces with screws using the 4-Hole AMPS mounting pattern. The pedestal is also compatible with other Dual-T pattern holders. This mount includes only the Heavy-Duty 4-Hole AMPS Mounting Pedestal with a Dual-T Head. Holders sold separately. The AMPS pattern consists of four holes located in a rectangular pattern spaced at 30.17mm x 38.05mm (measured as the center-to-center distance between holes). This tough, low vibration pedestal measures 4.5 inches high from the bottom of the mount base to the top of the mount pedestal (not including holder), and is made of a combination of plastic and glass fiber. The arm of the pedestal swivels on both the top and the bottom, providing 360-degree rotation and the ultimate flexibility in positioning the smartphone or tablet at any angle.
