Join us at the breathtaking Banan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah for a soul-nourishing day retreat where time slows and the senses awaken.
Move mindfully beneath open skies, float in sound and silence, awaken your body with breathwork and an invigorating ice bath, then soften into beachside bliss with a nourishing BBQ brunch. As the sun begins to dip, sip rose tea, bathe in crystal sound, and gather around a glowing bonfire to toast marshmallows and intentions alike.

“Yoga’s Chitta Vritti Nirodha: Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind” – Sage Patanjali – Yoga Sutras
Yoga is more than just physical postures, its the union of body, breath, mind & soul, to be present in the moment, to go beyond the body & mind, to come back to yourself, to connect with your true essence.
Our intention is to spread the heart and soul of yoga to individuals seeking to experience inner peace.
We offer a wide range of classes to suit the needs of all levels of practitioners.

The meaning of Prana & Apana was a major source of inspiration for our creation.
“Prana apana” is a concept in yoga and Ayurveda that refers to the flow of energy in the body.
The ancient yogis believed in a life-force energy that flows throughout the universe, and into each of us. They split this energy into five primary pranas, referred to as the pancha vayus (five winds)
Prana & Apana refer to the flow of air into the body, bringing life and energy into the being, and then expelling it again.
We believe that the balance of these energies is essential for good health and well-being, and we aim to provide this to cultivate a deeper awareness of ones own energy and work to balance and regulate it through yogic practices such as asana, pranayama, and meditation. Our hope is to support individuals on their journey towards greater physical, emotional and spiritual harmony.
