Tires are steel belted radial construction (2-ply nylon and 2-ply steel design) enhance puncture resistance, reduces road noise and provides stability on all terrains. Tires and wheels ship fully mounted and inflated ready for installation. No need for the extra time and cost to take them to a local shop for mounting.
