Meet Danielle, an experienced and devoted yoga teacher with over 14 years of teaching experience and the co-founder of pranaapana. Her journey into the world of yoga started at a young age, when she discovered a book on meditation that sparked her interest in spirituality. After practicing for years, she became a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher in 2008 and moved to Cyprus for 7 years to share her newfound knowledge and currently lives in Dubai.
Danielle has over 750 hours of YTT certification and specializes in creative sequencing, sound healing, and calming energy. She uses yoga to help students work through injuries, stress, and anxiety and to bring about a sense of peace and wellness in their lifestyles. Danielle is also a certified sound healing teacher, having learned this beautiful therapy in India and Nepal.
As a Lead Instructor in Yoga Studios in Dubai, she teaches retreats, workshops, teacher trainings, and private sessions, sharing her knowledge with love and gratitude. She is the founding member of Prana Apana where she focuses on retreats, group and private classes. She has conducted successful retreats in Cyprus, Sri Lanka and Bali in 2023/ 2024.

In addition to the diverse range of yoga styles we will also offer sound healing, which promotes relaxation and healing at a deep level, yogic breathing techniques that cultivate balance and harmony within, mindfulness skills through guided meditation, allowing you to find stillness and clarity in the present moment
