The essence & meaning of Prana & Apana in traditional yoga, was a major source of inspiration for our creation.
“Prana Apana” is a concept in Yoga and Ayurveda that refers to the flow of energy in the body. “Prana” is the life force, while “Apana” governs elimination and purification. There are 5 Main energies or Vayus (winds) in the energy body. They are as follows: Prana (inward, inspiring energy), Apana (downward, eliminating energy), Udana (upward, creative energy), Samana (inward, churning energy) & Vyana (pervasive, circulatory energy)
We believe that balancing the Vayus (winds) is essential for good health & restoring inner peace. We aim to guide practitioners to cultivate a deeper awareness of the energy body and work to balance and regulate it through yogic practices such as asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), meditation & sound healing.
Our intention is to support individuals on their journey towards greater physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony and vitality.
